Creomatrix ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This site is built to collect as little about you as possible. This policy explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

This website is a static site with no user accounts and no server-side database. We do not ask you to sign up, and we do not run advertising trackers. The quote form on our manufacturing page runs entirely in your browser — when you submit it, your details are copied to your clipboard and an Instagram message window opens so you can paste them to us. We do not store that information on a server.

When you contact us

If you message us on Instagram (@creomatics) or by email (hello@creomatrix.com), we receive whatever you choose to send — your name, your brief, your files — so we can quote and complete your job. We keep that only as long as needed to serve you, and we don't sell or share it. Messages you send via Instagram are also subject to Instagram's own privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics in future to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy and keep it anonymous wherever possible.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel and served through Cloudflare, which process basic technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site, as any web host does. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We don't control these providers' own policies.

Your choices

Because we hold so little, there's usually nothing to delete — but if you've sent us files or messages and want them removed, just ask at hello@creomatrix.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the studio grows. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
